Terms & Conditions Kedai168 – Platform Terms of Use

To register and use kedai168's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. First and foremost, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Kedai168 takes seriously its responsibility to ensure no underage individuals access our platform, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only at kedai168. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name as stated on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. kedai168 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly during your first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds RM5,000.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. It is your responsibility to keep your kedai168 username and password secure and to not share them with anyone. kedai168 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Kedai168 only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam Online, and other local Malaysian banks). Kedai168 does not accept foreign payment methods or international money transfers.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. There is no set maximum daily deposit limit, however kedai168 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds for security purposes. All deposits are processed instantly with no processing fees.

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50. Kedai168 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes after verification. However, in certain cases — particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts — kedai168 reserves the right to take up to 24 hours for security verification purposes.

If your account has an active bonus balance, the bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed. Your real money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time without rollover conditions, subject to the stated minimum limits.

Kedai168 reserves the right to decline or hold any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, use of multiple accounts, or a breach of any betting terms. In such cases, kedai168 will contact you via your registered email or phone number to request clarification or additional documentation.

Kedai168 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in each promotional offer. Failure to meet the rollover requirements before submitting a withdrawal request will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

For Welcome Bonus up to RM500, the rollover requirement varies depending on the product type used. For slots, the required rollover is 20 times (20x) the combined deposit and bonus amount. For Sports Betting and cricket, the required rollover is 5 times (5x) the total of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 5x rollover requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM500 before the balance can be withdrawn.

Each kedai168 promotion or bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per bank account or e-wallet number. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once, whether through multiple accounts or any other method, will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure.

Kedai168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated, any bonus already credited to your account before the termination date will remain valid and subject to the terms that were in effect at the time the bonus was credited.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or accounts

• Certain games may not count towards fulfilling a bonus rollover – please check the individual promotion terms
• Rollover must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion
• Maximum winnings from certain bonuses may be capped – please check the offer terms

All bets placed on kedai168 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are fully responsible for reviewing their bet slip before confirmation. kedai168 will not cancel confirmed bets except under specific circumstances such as significant odds errors or documented technical failures.

For Sports Betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, IPL and ICC cricket, the following settlement rules apply: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours from the originally scheduled time, all bets related to that match will be voided and your stake will be credited back to your account.

For cricket betting, the following additional rules apply: If a T20 or ODI match is concluded using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method due to weather interruption, all match winner bets will be settled based on the DLS result. Other markets that cannot be accurately settled will be voided and stakes returned to players.

Kedai168 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet suspected of being invalid or of exploiting technical errors in the odds system. Obvious errors in odds – such as odds significantly lower than the market rate due to a technical fault – are not binding on kedai168, and such bets may be voided even after confirmation.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the kedai168 support team immediately via live chat. kedai168 will take prompt action to secure your account, including temporarily suspending it and re-verifying your identity before restoring access.

The use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the kedai168 platform is strictly prohibited. kedai168 employs advanced detection technology to identify and block such activity, and any account found using these unauthorised methods will be closed immediately.

Kedai168 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in any of the following:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Use of credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets that do not belong to you
• Bonus abuse through coordination with other players
• Use of automation software or bots

In the event of account closure due to a breach, kedai168 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real funds, where there is evidence of fraud or unauthorised use of funds.

For disputes relating to the settlement of sports or cricket bets, kedai168 will refer to official data records from our sports data provider. Decisions based on official data are final and binding. Players may not make claims based on media reports or unofficial sources that conflict with our official data.

Kedai168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or by email to their registered address, with a notice period of at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in cases of security emergencies.

Continued use of the kedai168 platform after the effective date of any amendment to the Terms & Conditions will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. kedai168 and members agree to resolve any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 8 above.
